Specific Structure Inspections

It typically is used to assess structural cracking and movement but can also be used for other types of defect diagnosis such as damp and timber decay or a structural assessment.

Our specific structural inspection reports are comprehensive and provide in-depth detail describing our findings, accompanied by relevant photos illustrating our points. We will assess the build type and materials, clearly describe any issues and state whether or not there are any structural problems. If defects are found, we will comment in detail on the seriousness, remediation works required, and estimated costs for any repairs.
